Named after an Elvish word for “desert”, Erumë is woven on a gorgeous organic cotton fade that depicts the stunning colours of the desert sky, from deep teal through pale marigold to deep rust tones. The mountain range is picked out in alternating ecru pure bamboo and wild silk.
Pure bamboo is a thick viscose yarn which is wonderfully breathable and adds cush to this baby wrap. Wild silk yarn, known for its naturally occurring flecks, makes this fabric wonderfully soft with a good balance of grip and glide. This blend is suitable for newborn onwards and is strong enough to carry bigger kids. Malleable with a touch of stretch, Misty Mountains Erumë will quickly become buttery soft with wear.
The formidable mountain range, which cuts across Middle-earth is shown in a lovely illustrative style, with a verse sung by Thorin Oakenshield & Co. in The Hobbit™ running in runes along the borders:

The organic cotton we use is softer and stronger than most normal cottons, produced ethically this cotton is grown with care and without chemicals keeping the land, and farmers, healthy.
